The M.T. Abraham Foundation has created and maintains the M.T. Abraham Foundation website (“the Site,”) in order to provide the public with on-line information and resources concerning the activities of the M.T. Abraham Foundation. By using the Site and its content, the user expressly agrees to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms which the M.T. Abraham Foundation may change at any time.

Abraham Foundation reserves the right not to grant permission to use the content of their web site, and does not grant permission to use materials of third parties.
No Representations or Warranty
The Site may contain links to third party Sites. The M.T. Abraham Foundation has not reviewed all of the Sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for any content of any linked site. The M.T. Abraham Foundation provides these links as a convenience only; and such links do not imply M.T. Abraham Foundation endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with the linked site.
Content Provided by Users
Although the M.T. Abraham Foundation may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and the like on the Site, the M.T. Abraham Foundation is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site. Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Rights and Reproductions
How to Secure Images of M.T. Abraham Foundation for Publication. The M.T. Abraham Foundation photographic archive includes transparencies, slides and digital images of nearly all works which can be provided to institutions borrowing artwork or for publications. Publishers or writers, as well as museums and universities, may utilize the M.T. Abraham Foundation archive of visual information by submitting a written request for the loan of photographic material and/or permission to reproduce images of artworks which are in the M.T. Abraham Foundation collection.In exchange for the loan of photographic material, the Foundation requires that the publisher provide a complimentary copy of the publication in which the M.T. Abraham Foundation – owned artwork appears. E-mails or letters of request should include the name of the publication, its intended distribution, and its prospective publication date. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and release the M.T. Abraham Foundation, and each of their respective trustees, officers, employees and agents from all claims, causes, allegations, costs, expenses, fees (including actual attorneys’ fees), judgments, liabilities, losses and damages arising from or relating to user’s use of or operation of the site (www.mtabraham.com and www.mtabraham.org).
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the M.T. Abraham Foundation.
